About ARC Training Services

As an experienced First Aid Instructor, I have been teaching and delivering courses for over 15 years, as well as used First Aid in various settings including the Lifeguards, HM Coastguard and also HM Prison Service.

With experience in Paediatric First Aid Training, I have a passion to deliver training to people so when required they have the skills and knowledge to help others. I find teaching incredibly rewarding and would describe my teaching style as very practical.

As well as teaching First Aid we have also added Mental Health First Aid to our repertoire. When I am not Teaching, I have a fantastic position as the Deputy Station Officer for Shoreham Coastguards which means I have had to use my knowledge and skills assessment in some very challenging situations.

I can provide low cost add-on training sessions or yearly updates for specific medical conditions such as Asthma & Inhalers; Anaphylaxis and Auto-Injectors.

My courses are always delivered with energy and enthusiasm, and learning is optimised in a fun, engaging and safe atmosphere.

Courses are based on practical and theory based sessions, group activities and real life scenarios based on clients work place environments.
